Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

All knives ship for free in the United States.  We use USPS Priority/Insured which will also require a signature when delivered.  This is standard policy.  If you have any questions or different requests, you can contact us here Perry@Spaceportcutlery.com.  Books are usually shipped Media mail and it may take a few more days to arrive.

Rush Shipping:

We use USPS Express for rush orders.  Packages will usually arrive the next day, depends on your location.  The charge for this service is a flat $45.00. 

International Orders:

Your shipping options are USPS priority (approximately $35.00 U.S., 6-10 days) or USPS express ($45.00 U.S., 3-5-days) to most locations. We will ship priority unless you contact us via email to request express! It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to know your countries' customs requirements and if your purchase will clear your customs!! All purchases will be declared on your customs form for full purchase value and will be insured if possible.

You must contact us if your shipping address is different from your billing address! This is to protect you (and us) from fraud.

All elephant ivory orders will be shipped Ground Only and will take a little longer.  We take extra precautions when shipping ivory but Cannot Guarantee it from cracking. 

We process all credit cards manually so you will not be billed for your order until it is ready to ship.
